The Rubber Planters’ Association of Liberia (RPAL) was founded in 1966 by an Act of the Legislature. It is a key representative organization for rubber growers and processors in the value chain. RPAL’s primary aim is to promote, foster, and protect the rubber planting and processing industry and the interests of rubber planters in Liberia to contribute to the economy’s growth.
